Privacy notice

1. Who we are

Your personal data is processed by Kürşat Azyoksul — Dronemeters (Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye) as data controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation. Contact: info@dronemeters.com, +90 534 218 02 09. If this translation differs from the Turkish notice at /kvkk/, the Turkish version prevails.

2. What we collect

• Identity and contact: name, phone number, e-mail address (when you reach us via the quote form, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp).
• Request and project information: site location (address, block-parcel or coordinates), size, requested service, description and notes.
• Security: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information recorded in server logs when you connect.

Our website uses no cookies or visitor tracking tools. Your sound and quality preferences are stored only in your own browser and are not sent to us.

3. Why we use it

• Evaluating and responding to your quote and information requests
• Establishing and performing the service contract, project planning
• Keeping the website and server secure and preventing misuse
• Meeting legal obligations (e.g. tax and commercial records)

4. How we collect it and our legal basis

Data is collected when you send it via the quote form, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, and automatically through server logs when you connect to the website. It is processed on the legal grounds in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation (ç) and our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).

5. Who we share it with

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. It may be shared only with competent public authorities where legally required, and with the hosting and e-mail providers we use, to the extent the service requires. If you choose to write to us via WhatsApp or a foreign-based e-mail service, your message passes through that provider’s infrastructure (including servers abroad); using these channels is your choice, and you can reach us by phone instead.

6. How long we keep it

• Server access logs: 14 days, then deleted automatically.
• Quote correspondence that does not lead to a contract: deleted after a reasonable period once the request is concluded.
• Contract and invoice records: kept for the period required by law.

7. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met, to request that these actions be notified to recipients, to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. How to make a request

Email your request to info@dronemeters.com with enough information for us to verify your identity. We will respond free of charge within 30 days.
