////// 02 — 3D & REALITY CAPTURE

3D modelling and reality capture

The goal isn’t just a model — it’s a measurable digital replica of the real world. We capture terrain, buildings, sites and facilities as point clouds and textured 3D models, and turn them into digital twins you can share on the web and bring into your BIM workflow.

What’s included

  • 3D terrain models
  • 3D building models
  • 3D site models
  • 3D facility models
  • Point clouds
  • 3D meshes
  • Textured models
  • Digital twins
  • Reality capture
  • 3D visualisation
  • BIM integration
  • Web / cloud 3D models

What is a digital twin?

A digital twin is a measurable, continuously updatable digital replica of a physical asset. Add GIS layers, asset data and periodic surveys to a drone-derived 3D model and it stops being a visual — it becomes a management tool.

Works with BIM and CAD

Point clouds and models are delivered in your project coordinate system, so the as-is model drops straight into your design software and the design can be checked against real site conditions in one environment.

Share it on the web

Models open in any browser as 3D Tiles or compressed meshes. Investors, the client’s engineer and site teams can all review the same model — no software to install.

FAQs

Which formats can I get the 3D model in?

Point clouds as LAS/LAZ, textured models as OBJ/FBX, and 3D Tiles for the web. Other formats are available on request.

Is a digital twin the same as a 3D model?

No. A 3D model is a snapshot in time. A digital twin is the system you manage the asset in — the model plus information layers and regular updates.

Can you model façades and interiors?

Façades and roofs are captured with oblique drone flights. Interiors require terrestrial scanning and are scoped separately.
